MANILA, Philippines – Filipino boxing superstar and Sarangani congressman Manny Pacquiao has reportedly purchased a luxurious house worth P388 million in Makati City’s Forbes Park.
Pacquiao will be moving into the house, located on Cambridge Street, North Forbes, as soon as the renovation gets done.
The property is estimated to be about 1,500 square meters, and is said to have its own tennis court.
"It's true, but the cost is confidential," Pacquiao's business manager Eric Pineda said in an article by the Philippine Daily Inquirer.
A separate report by Spot.ph said the property used to be owned by Roque Tordesillas, Senior Vice President of insurance brokerage firm Marsh Philippines.
Pacquiao had reportedly been eyeing the property for quite sometime, and planned on buying it as soon as he got his purse money from the May 7 fight with "Sugar" Shane Mosley.
